All patients are required to provide contact details; contact number, address and email in order to secure an appointment.
All new patients require a consultation appointment before booking in for a treatment, this enables Nurse Practitioner Natalie to assess patient appropriation for treatment and allows for treatment planning. All treatment consultations are free of charge.
Treatment appointment bookings require a £30 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment. The deposit can be moved to future bookings if you give Natalie cancellation notice before 48 hours of appointment date and time. Cancellations can be made via email or telephone.
If you are under going a course of treatment as part of a package and fail to attend or do not provide 48 hours notice of cancellation of change the treatment will be forfeited.
Please do not attend the clinic if you feel unwell, or if you are unsure you can call Natalie to discuss. This can impact your treatment results.
Routine review appointments are scheduled after all treatments as courtesy.
Please attend your appointments alone unless you have a disability or require a carer. Children under 18 are not permitted in clinic.
Payment is taken at the end of single treatments and payments for courses as part of a package are taken before the first treatment.
Cash and card payments are accepted.
